تصف سياسة الخصوصية هذه سياساتنا وإجراءاتنا في جمع معلوماتك واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها عند استخدامك للخدمة، وتوضّح لك حقوقك في الخصوصية وكيف يحميك القانون. نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية لتقديم الخدمة وتحسينها، وباستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على جمع المعلومات واستخدامها وفقاً لهذه السياسة.
التفسير والتعريفات
التفسير
الكلمات التي يبدأ حرفها الأول بحرف كبير تحمل المعاني المحدّدة وفق الشروط التالية. وتحمل التعريفات الآتية المعنى ذاته سواء وردت بصيغة المفرد أو بصيغة الجمع.
التعريفات
الحساب يعني حساباً فريداً يُنشأ لك للوصول إلى خدمتنا أو إلى أجزاء منها.
الشركة التابعة تعني الكيان الذي يسيطر على طرفٍ ما، أو يخضع لسيطرته، أو يشترك معه في سيطرة مشتركة، حيث تعني «السيطرة» ملكية 50% أو أكثر من الأسهم أو حقوق الملكية أو غيرها من الأوراق المالية التي يحق لها التصويت على انتخاب أعضاء مجلس الإدارة أو أي سلطة إدارية أخرى.
الشركة (ويُشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية بـ «الشركة» أو «نحن» أو «لنا») تعني تطبيق متون طالب العلم (the Mutoon Taalib Al‑Ilm app).
ملفات تعريف الارتباط هي ملفات صغيرة يضعها الموقع الإلكتروني على حاسوبك أو جهازك المحمول أو أي جهاز آخر، وتحتوي على تفاصيل سجل تصفّحك لذلك الموقع، إلى جانب استخدامات أخرى عديدة.
الدولة تعني: المملكة العربية السعودية.
الجهاز يعني أي جهاز يمكنه الوصول إلى الخدمة، مثل الحاسوب أو الهاتف المحمول أو اللوح الرقمي.
البيانات الشخصية هي أي معلومات تتعلق بشخص طبيعي محدَّد أو قابل للتحديد.
الخدمة تعني التطبيق و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني.
مزوّد الخدمة يعني أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يعالج البيانات بالنيابة عن الشركة، وهم شركات أو أفراد من أطراف أخرى تستعين بهم الشركة لتسهيل الخدمة أو لتقديمها أو للمساعدة في تحليل طريقة استخدامها.
بيانات الاستخدام تعني البيانات التي تُجمع تلقائياً، سواء تولّدت عن استخدام الخدمة أو من البنية التحتية للخدمة نفسها (مثل مدّة زيارة إحدى الصفحات).
الموقع الإلكتروني يعني الموقع الرسمي، والمتاح عبر qm.edu.sa (يفتح في نافذة جديدة).
أنت تعني الفرد الذي يصل إلى الخدمة أو يستخدمها، أو الشركة أو الكيان القانوني الآخر الذي يصل هذا الفرد إلى الخدمة أو يستخدمها بالنيابة عنه.
جمع بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها
أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها
البيانات الشخصية: قد نطلب منك أثناء استخدام الخدمة تزويدنا بمعلومات تعريف شخصية تُستخدم للتواصل معك أو التعرّف عليك، ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- البريد الإلكتروني
- الاسم الأول واسم العائلة
- رقم الهاتف
بيانات الاستخدام: تُجمع تلقائياً عند استخدام الخدمة، وقد تشمل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP) لجهازك، ونوع المتصفح وإصداره، والصفحات التي تزورها، ووقت الزيارة ومدّتها، ومعرّفات الجهاز، وبيانات تشخيصية أخرى. وعند الوصول عبر جهاز محمول قد نجمع نوع الجهاز ومعرّفه الفريد ونظام تشغيله ونوع متصفحه.
تقنيات التتبّع وملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات تتبّع مماثلة (إشارات ووسوم ونصوص برمجية) لتتبّع النشاط على الخدمة وتخزين معلومات معيّنة، ولتحسين الخدمة وتحليلها. يمكنك ضبط متصفحك لرفض جميع ملفات تعريف الارتباط، لكن بعض أجزاء الخدمة قد لا تعمل عندئذٍ.
- ملفات ضرورية / أساسية (ملفات جلسة، تديرها الشركة): لازمة لتقديم الخدمة وتمكينك من استخدام ميزاتها، وللمصادقة ومنع الاستخدام الاحتيالي للحسابات.
- ملفات قبول الإشعار (ملفات دائمة، تديرها الشركة): تحدّد ما إذا كنت قد وافقت على استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط.
- ملفات وظيفية (ملفات دائمة، تديرها الشركة): تتذكّر اختياراتك مثل بيانات تسجيل الدخول أو تفضيل اللغة لتوفير تجربة أكثر تخصيصاً.
استخدام بياناتك الشخصية
قد تستخدم الشركة البيانات الشخصية للأغراض التالية:
- لتقديم الخدمة وصيانتها، بما في ذلك مراقبة استخدامها.
- لإدارة حسابك وتسجيلك كمستخدم للخدمة.
- لتنفيذ عقدٍ يتعلق بالمنتجات أو الخدمات التي طلبتها.
- للتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو المكالمات أو الرسائل النصية أو الإشعارات الفورية بشأن التحديثات أو الأمور الأمنية أو المعلومات المتعلقة بالخدمة.

وقد نشارك معلوماتك الشخصية مع: مزوّدي الخدمة، وأثناء عمليات نقل الأعمال، ومع الشركات التابعة، ومع شركاء الأعمال، ومع مستخدمين آخرين (فيما تشاركه علناً)، أو بموافقتك.
الاحتفاظ ببياناتك الشخصية
تحتفظ الشركة ببياناتك الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة للأغراض المذكورة في هذه السياسة، وللامتثال لالتزاماتنا القانونية وحل النزاعات وإنفاذ اتفاقياتنا. ويُحتفظ ببيانات الاستخدام عادةً لفترة أقصر، إلا عند الحاجة إليها لتعزيز الأمن أو تحسين الخدمة أو عند وجود إلزام قانوني.
نقل بياناتك الشخصية
قد تُعالَج معلوماتك وتُحفظ على خوادم خارج نطاق ولايتك القضائية حيث قد تختلف قوانين حماية البيانات. وتمثّل موافقتك على هذه السياسة ثم تقديمك للمعلومات موافقةً على هذا النقل. وتتّخذ الشركة جميع الخطوات المعقولة لضمان التعامل مع بياناتك بأمان ووفق هذه السياسة.
حذف بياناتك الشخصية
لك الحق في حذف بياناتك الشخصية أو طلب مساعدتنا في حذفها. وقد تتيح لك الخدمة حذف معلومات معيّنة من داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك تحديث معلوماتك أو تعديلها أو حذفها بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك وزيارة إعدادات الحساب، أو بالتواصل معنا. وقد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض المعلومات عند وجود التزام قانوني بذلك.
الإفصاح عن بياناتك الشخصية
المعاملات التجارية
إذا دخلت الشركة في عملية دمج أو استحواذ أو بيع أصول، فقد تُنقل بياناتك الشخصية، وسنقدّم إشعاراً قبل النقل وقبل خضوعها لسياسة خصوصية مختلفة.
إنفاذ القانون
قد يُطلب من الشركة الإفصاح عن بياناتك الشخصية إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك أو استجابةً لطلبات صحيحة من السلطات العامة.

أمن بياناتك الشخصية
أمان بياناتك مهم لنا، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%. ونحن نسعى لاستخدام وسائل مقبولة تجارياً لحماية بياناتك دون أن نضمن أمنها المطلق.
خصوصية الأطفال
لا تستهدف خدمتنا أي شخص دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات تعريف شخصية ممن هم دون هذا السن. وإذا علمنا بجمع بيانات من طفل دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، نتّخذ خطوات لإزالتها من خوادمنا. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وعلمت بأن طفلك زوّدنا ببيانات شخصية فيرجى التواصل معنا.

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Interpretation
